The 2026 International Conference on Advanced Electronic Materials and Information Technology will be held grandly in Nanjing, China, a city of innovation and vitality. The purpose of this conference is to establish a high-level international academic exchange platform, bringing together experts, scholars, researchers, and industry representatives from around the world in advanced electronic materials, information science and technology, and other interdisciplinary fields to jointly explore cutting-edge developments, key technological breakthroughs, and future development trends. The conference focuses on two core directions: advanced electronic materials, including nanomaterials, semiconductor devices, flexible electronics, optoelectronic materials, thermoelectric and energy storage materials, and new display technologies; In the field of information technology, it involves hot topics such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, wireless and optical communication, digital signal processing, image and speech processing, bioinformatics, data mining, and human-computer interaction. All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted for search in authoritative databases such as EI Compendix, Scopus, InsPEC, etc. Nanjing, as an important national center for science and education and a highland of scientific and technological innovation in the Yangtze River Delta, has a strong foundation in the electronic information industry and abundant university resources, providing a good academic ecology and cooperation opportunities for conferences. All full paper submissions to the AEMIT 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of AEMIT 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines

Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to icaemit@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
